STILLPOINTS
is a project born from a simple curiosity: what becomes possible when we slow down and listen?
Across spoken word, sound, image, and live experiences that weave them together, Stillpoints explores attunement and presence as essential human capacities, ones we can cultivate, deepen, and return to. Different voices, mediums, and art forms are welcomed in, because the inquiry is open. How we listen shapes what we hear. How we attend shapes what becomes real. This is an ongoing exploration of that relationship.

A CONTEMPLATIVE AUDIO SERIES
Stillpoints is a series of artful contemplations held within an immersive soundscape designed for reflection and embodied presence.
Each 2–5 minute episode features a reflection from a guest voice on a timeless theme, set within a delicate, calming composition by Robot Koch. Those voices open a door and the music allows what was spoken to settle, to move from reflection in the mind into resonance in the body. Rather than conversation, Stillpoints offers an opportunity to cultivate deeper presence and attunement. A world alive with signals and stories, where sound becomes the space in which meaning lands.
You can find the series wherever you listen to podcasts.
